The Impossibility of Total Destruction is a video loop in which a young actress performs a monologue. A gap in her memory unlocks a journey through different times, both human and geological. She moves fluidly between characters, occasionally interrupted by moments where fragments of her own memories slip through. At one point, she says: "If the world was created out of nothingness, it can also be destroyed completely, leaving no traces. What harm can come of that?" Decay, destruction, and construction are not as separate as we might think, and total disappearance is, in fact, impossible. Even the smallest organism does not vanish into nothingness but is transformed into another form of matter — all while being gradually forgotten.
